We are currently hiring for a Class B CDL Driver position. You will work 4 nights per week beginning on Sunday evening at approximately 10-10:30. Each trash route lasts from 7-8 hours and can be reduced once you become familiar with the route and dependent on how you and your assistant work in unison. ($225/night)

 

There are 2 additional nights per month for recycling routes. These routes are significantly shorter and lighter and can be completed much more quickly. ($135/night)

 

Past garbage truck drivers will receive highest preference as it can be a lot of slow pacing and backing up which is not common to over the road drivers.

 

Life insurance, accident (paid) insurance available after 90 days. Retirement with company match of 3% after you reach eligibility. Health insurance available after 60 days. (cost to you is only $30/week)

 

You will have a Picker riding along to pick the majority of homes. At times it is helpful to be able to get out of the truck and assist, but not necessarily required. This is unlike any other large-scale corporate hauler. Their routes require you to drive and pick the same 300-400 ALONE. We know the hard work that goes into this job and aim to keep you safe.

We do have tablets that show the routes you will follow. Along the route, you will be able to "check off" each pickup/customer. We require customers to use red wheeled toters so they are visible at night as well.
